Design Phase
Due to our in-house capability, Delta Elcom add value by collaborating with the consultants and providing input into the design direction. By working closely with the consultant team we provide live feedback on buildability, cost and risk issues throughout the process, allowing for a prudent and well-considered decision making approach to minimise any variations.

Risk Management
During the design, coordination, live integration planning and scheduling process Delta Elcom will develop a risk register issues which will be considered anofd mitigated throughout the early phases of work in order to provide certainty to the client. These issues will include everything from subcontractor selection, materials, long lead time items, labour and trades availability, buildability, latent conditions, etc. Resolutions to the issues will be developed by Delta Elcom but with full involvement of the client and consultants to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
Live Integration Management
Delta Elcom have developed integration documents which have been successfully used and continuously improved during our previous live integration projects. We pride ourselves on having completed multiple live integration projects with zero downtime recorded.
Electrical Plant and Equipment
Our planning and integration teams are able to develop and support the delivery of the required MOPS and SWMS documentation (both the subcontractors and our own) including the detailed Delta Elcom integration schedule to the FM team and other relevant stakeholders some 90 days in advance of the scheduled work dates, which allows sufficient time for detailed reviews during the approval process.
Our suite of documents would cover integration and/or modification to equipment such as but not limited too UPS/TX/Switchgear/Chillers/AHUs and ancillary plant.
